This creation is inspired by but separate from my "'You Wanted Me to Tame You'-the Little Prince" collection. In Jewish storytelling, inscribing the word “emet” onto the forehead of a clay figure brings the figure to life. Removing the first character leaves the word “met,” death, and will return the golem to inanimate clay.
